Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Paxway Travel Inc.'s services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our services

Paxway Travel Inc. is an authorised travel agency that sources and books business class and first class airline tickets on behalf of clients. We act as an agent for the airlines and travel suppliers from whom services are purchased. We do not operate airlines, hotels or other travel services ourselves.

2. Consolidator fares

Many fares offered through Paxway are consolidator fares — net rates negotiated directly with airlines. These rates are subject to specific fare rules that may differ from publicly published fares, including restrictions on name changes, routing modifications, and eligibility for upgrades. Your advisor will explain the applicable fare rules before you confirm.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email containing a ticket number and Paxway reference code. Verbal commitments by advisors do not constitute a confirmed booking. Payment must be received before a ticket is issued.

4. Prices and payment

All prices quoted are per person in the currency stated, inclusive of airline taxes and surcharges unless otherwise stated. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is received and a ticket number is issued. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfer.

5. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and change policies vary by fare type and airline. Your advisor will confirm the specific conditions before you pay. As a general guide:

  • Some consolidator fares are non-refundable after ticketing
  • Changes to names, dates or routing may incur airline fees plus a Paxway service fee
  • Where a fare permits a refund, processing typically takes 7–21 business days

6. Airline responsibility

Paxway is not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, including flight delays, cancellations, diversions, denied boarding, lost baggage, or deterioration in service quality. Your rights in these situations are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and applicable law (including EC 261/2004 and US DOT regulations as applicable).

7. Travel documentation

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and health documentation required for your journey. Paxway accepts no liability for denied boarding or entry arising from documentation issues.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all international travel. We can recommend providers upon request. Paxway does not sell travel insurance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paxway's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid to Paxway for the booking in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or special damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
