Paxway works with consolidators — wholesalers who negotiate net fares directly with airlines in exchange for volume commitments. These rates are unpublished, meaning they never appear on Google Flights, Expedia or any other OTA. We pass a significant portion of that discount on to you.

It varies widely by route, airline and season. Transatlantic business class through Paxway often starts from $2,500–$3,500 return. Routes to Asia typically start from $3,000–$5,000. Our advisors will give you a real number for your specific route within minutes of your request.

Premium economy offers wider seats, more legroom and slightly improved service, but you're still in an upright seat. Business class provides a fully flat bed (on most long-haul routes), direct aisle access, significantly better food, premium lounges and a dedicated cabin. For overnight flights over 8 hours, the sleep quality difference alone justifies the upgrade — especially at Paxway's prices.

At published prices, first class can be difficult to justify. At Paxway's consolidator rates — often 40–60% below retail — it's a different calculation entirely. Many of our clients who started with business class have moved to first once they saw the price difference with a private fare.

Your ticket includes everything the airline offers: premium lounge access, priority boarding and check-in, flat-bed seat, enhanced dining, larger baggage allowance and frequent-flyer miles. We also handle seat selection and send you pre-departure reminders. What isn't included: travel insurance (we'll recommend a provider) and any optional ancillaries charged separately by the airline.

The airline cannot sell you its own consolidator net fares — those are available exclusively through accredited travel agencies like Paxway. You'd pay full published price booking direct. Through us you get the same seat, the same miles, the same service — at a fraction of the price.
